Now That We Know What Your Body Needs…

Progesterone is one piece. Personalized care supports the rest.

There’s More Changing Beneath The Surface

By the time symptoms show up, the deeper systems shaping your sleep, energy, mood, metabolism, and weight may have already been shifting for years.

Hormone Signaling

Progesterone is the first hormone to decline. Later, estrogen begins to fluctuate, sometimes feeling too high or too low. These shifts can affect sleep, energy, mood, focus, metabolism, and more.

Cortisol & Stress Response

Your nervous system handles stress differently now. Cortisol and stress signals can stay elevated longer, leaving you feeling wired, tired, or slower to bounce back.

Sleep Architecture

Trouble falling asleep or staying asleep can become more common. Even when you get enough hours, sleep may be lighter and less restorative, affecting hunger, mood, clarity, and next-day energy.

Carbs, Sugar & Cravings

Your body handles carbs and sugar differently as insulin sensitivity changes. The same foods that once worked can suddenly affect cravings, energy, inflammation, and weight.

Metabolism & Body Composition

Muscle becomes harder to maintain, recovery slows, and old approaches to weight and fitness no longer work the way they used to.

Gut Health & Inflammation

Your gut ecosystem can begin changing as early as your mid-thirties. As it changes, digestion, cravings, inflammation, and mood can change too.

Your Symptoms Aren't Random

In reality, your body has been adapting to deeper hormonal, metabolic, and nervous system changes for years. Progesterone is one important piece, but it is not the whole picture.

That’s why this program gives you more than a prescription. It gives you structured support for the systems that shape how you sleep, recover, process food, manage stress, and feel in your body.

What Our Members are Saying

What Comes Next Matters

Tou’ve taken the steps to get clarity through your visits, labs, and story.

Now you deserve care that looks at the whole picture.

Progesterone may be an important part of your care, but midlife change involves more than one hormone and more than one symptom. Your care should support the whole system.

That’s why I built this program: to address the systems beneath your symptoms, so you can sleep deeper, think clearer, recover better, and feel like yourself again.

To make this level of care more accessible, I’ve trained and work closely with our Precision FemCare providers, who follow the same clinical framework and physician-guided approach I designed.

I’m glad you’re here.

Frequently Asked Questions

You’ll be able to schedule your RX visit right away. We reserve dedicated time in her schedule, so most patients are seen within just a few days.

During that appointment, your prescription will be finalized, we will walk you through how to use it, and map out your support schedule. Your care timeline begins immediately.

Note:
Right after you sign up, you’ll receive a couple of forms — including one to choose the compounding pharmacy where your prescription will be sent. Please complete these promptly so we can get your RX to the right place without delay.

Yes. When you enroll in the progesterone program, you may choose a different prescribing provider than the one you saw for your initial consults. You’ll also have the opportunity to choose again at your annual renewal.

Adding progesterone is not like flipping a light switch. Your body needs time to adjust, and symptoms are often shaped by more than one hormone and more than one system.

That’s why this program includes follow-up support, not just a prescription.

During your integrative health visits, your specialist will help track how you’re responding, including sleep, mood, energy, stress, metabolism, and symptom patterns. She can guide approved adjustments and help you understand what your body may need next.

If a dose change appears clinically appropriate, she’ll escalate it to your prescribing provider for review.

The goal is to give your body time to respond while making sure you have expert guidance as your needs evolve.

You’ll receive check-in emails from your integrative health specialist at key points in your program. Each email includes a few simple questions to help us understand how you’re doing and whether anything needs attention.

Your specialist will review your responses and follow up with care notes or next steps when appropriate.

These check-ins are structured touchpoints, not an ongoing back-and-forth email thread. They’re designed to keep your care on track without creating overwhelm.

Yes. While our practice is fully out-of-network, we’re happy to provide a superbill you can submit for possible reimbursement. Many patients also use HSA or FSA funds—just check with your provider to confirm coverage.
