Nurse Practitioner

Kimberly Pryslak is a board-certified Nurse Practitioner with nearly three decades of advanced practice experience and a passion for helping women navigate the hormonal changes that impact their health, confidence, and quality of life. She is dedicated to providing personalized, evidence-based care that helps women understand their symptoms, restore balance, and feel empowered in their wellness journey.

Over the past decade, Kim has focused extensively on female hormone optimization, menopause management, and hormone-related hair loss. She has worked with women experiencing symptoms related to perimenopause, menopause, PCOS, and other hormonal imbalances, helping them identify the root causes of their concerns and develop individualized treatment plans designed to support long-term health and vitality.

Kim is particularly passionate about the connection between hormones, hair health, metabolism, and overall wellness. As Clinical Director of Meditresse Hair Loss Clinics, she has helped women address concerns ranging from female pattern hair loss and PCOS-related hair loss to more complex hair and scalp conditions, always with a focus on education, compassionate care, and whole-person health.

Patients appreciate Kim’s collaborative approach and her commitment to ensuring they feel heard, understood, and supported throughout their care. She believes that education is one of the most powerful tools in healthcare and enjoys helping women better understand the relationship between their hormones, symptoms, and overall well-being. This philosophy aligns closely with her personal mission of empowering women through compassionate care and evidence-based medicine.

In addition to her work in hormone optimization and women’s health, Kim brings more than 29 years of advanced practice experience in hospital-based medicine, including cardiovascular, thoracic, and critical care settings. She has also served as a clinical preceptor for nurse practitioner students from Columbia University, Rutgers University, and Seton Hall University, helping mentor future healthcare providers.

Kim earned her Master of Science as an Acute Care Nurse Practitioner from Columbia University, completed a Surgical/Trauma ICU Fellowship at Washington Hospital Center, and received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Catholic University of America. She remains actively involved in several professional organizations and is committed to staying current with advances in hormone health and women’s wellness.

At Precision FemCare, Kim’s goal is to help women achieve optimal health through individualized care, thoughtful guidance, and a deeper understanding of how hormones influence every stage of life.
