Danielle Holmes, MSN, AGPCNP
Nurse Practitioner
Danielle Holmes is a board-certified Nurse Practitioner specializing in individualized, prevention-focused care for women across midlife and beyond.
With over a decade of clinical experience spanning cardiothoracic critical care, primary care, and integrative medicine, Danielle brings both depth and range to her work. She began her career at NewYork-Presbyterian Weill Cornell Medical Center, where she cared for patients with complex and acute conditions—an experience that sharpened her clinical judgment and reinforced the importance of early, proactive intervention.
Her current focus is helping women navigate hormonal changes, metabolic health, and the often-overlooked drivers of how they feel and function. Her approach reflects the same core philosophy: that symptoms are signals, and effective care requires understanding the full context of each patient’s biology.
Danielle works within a precision, individualized care model—supporting patients through thoughtful assessment, targeted interventions, and ongoing partnership designed to create sustainable, long-term results.
In addition to her clinical work, Danielle serves as a nursing instructor and mentor, and continues advanced training in functional and longevity-focused medicine.
She earned her Master of Science in Nursing from Hunter College, graduating summa cum laude.
